FAQs

What services do you offer?

We specialize in all things OPERATIONS.

We can develop project plans for complex projects, like renovating or building a new manufacturing facility, selecting equipment, vendors, etc.

We offer departmental or organization level Operations Assessments to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to streamline operations.

We offer coaching services to CEOs who want to move out of the day-to-day operations of the company and to new or potential managers.

Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

what types of clients do you work with?

We work with a wide range of clients, from startups and small businesses to large corporations and nonprofits. Our approach is flexible and scalable to fit different industries and company sizes.

How do you determine the right solution for my business?

We begin with a free 30 minute consultation/discovery conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and current processes. We’ll also discuss my approach to consulting to ensure we are a good fit.

From there, we will create a customized proposal that aligns with your objectives and vision. Each client and project is unique - so we develop our solutions accordingly.

How long does a typical consulting engagement last?

This entirely depends on your specific need. Each project proposal will clearly outline the timeline. Some engagements can be completed quickly, in a matter of weeks, while others may continue for several months.

Do you work on a project basis or retainer basis?

Both. During our discovery call, we can discuss which arrangement makes the most sense for your business.

Do you offer remote or in-person consulting?

Both. Remote sessions allow for flexibility and efficiency, while in-person sessions are helpful to truly understand the processes and systems in place.

Do you guarantee results?

While no consultant can guarantee specific outcomes, we commit to measurable progress and clear reporting. For lasting impact, every business owner, manager, and leader should be open and committed to change - which is why we are selective about the projects and clients we work with.
