Operations Assessment
You have built a strong company, but you know there are areas for improvement.
You might even have an idea of the bottlenecks and inefficiencies within your organization, but you aren’t quite sure which ones to prioritize or how to address and resolve these issues.
I’ve designed this Operations Assessment package for exactly this scenario. This package includes:
Interviews, observations, surveys, and assessments:
Up to 3 days of on-site observation, including time allocated for interviews at the individual contributor, managerial, and executive levels.
Detailed review of financials, customer reviews and feedback, organization chart, job descriptions, and other available reports and metrics.
Virtual interviews and/or surveys of up to 5 key customers.
In-person, facilitated meeting with Owner (and any other key personnel) to determine business goals for 1 and 5 years.
Deliverables:
Process mapping, with bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement identified.
Identify and define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for each major business department, along with guidelines for collecting the data necessary to track these indicators of business success and meet the 1- and 5-year goals identified in the assessment phase.
Organizational chart and job description revision based on assessment findings.
In-person, facilitated meeting with Owner, and any other key personnel, to review assessment findings, present deliverables, and encourage discussion on change prioritization.
